RETURN,EXCHANGES AND REFUND

Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way. If this is due to no fault of the customer, QUBE LIFESTYLE will pay for the return shipping cost once the item has been received by one of our agents.

Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point we will ship correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.

This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.

We provide refunds only after registering a strong viable complaint on support  calling  number mentioned below within 15 days of date of delivery                           

(1) NO REFUNDS ON ORDER VALUE Rs 390 OR BELOW ONLY EXCHANGE IS PROVIDED ONLY IN CASE OF SIZE ISSUE .

(2) NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE IS PROVIDED ON CROP TANKS 

(3) UNDERGARMENTS ARE NOT SUBJECTED FOR EXCHANGE AND REFUND, ONLY IN SPECIAL CASES AFTER OUR TEAM APPROVAL OF YOUR REQUEST WE CAN PROVIDE .

ABOVE STATED (1) and (2) are strictly followed because of the shipping charges we have to pay for picking up and delivering these stated items
